Pinservex Returns & RMA Policy
At Pinservex, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT hardware and components. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return, replacement, or refund, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
- Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- All original labels, tags, and documentation must be intact.
- Used, customer-damaged, or tampered products are not eligible.
- Returns for change of mind or found a lower price elsewhere are not allowed.
- No RMA will be accepted if the exact same product was delivered as ordered.
How to Initiate a Return / RMA:
- Submit a request by completing our RMA form or emailing info@pinservex.com to request an RMA number.
- After receiving the RMA number, securely package the item along with proof of purchase.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Return Conditions:
- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must include all original packaging, labels, and components.
- Products must remain unused and in original condition.
Refund & Exchange Process:
- Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund or replacement is completed.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once a purchase order (PO) or payment has been received.
- Pinservex reserves the right to cancel orders at its own discretion.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you have not received your refund, check your bank account and transaction history.
- Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

Delivery & Tracking Information:
- Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed once available.
- Delays caused by incorrect shipping details or missed deliveries are excluded from standard delivery windows.

- If an incorrect shipping address was entered, email us immediately at info@pinservex.com.
- While we will try to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has been processed or shipped.
- Customers are responsible for incorrect shipping information.
Invalid Reasons for Returns / RMA Denial:
- Change of mind
- Found a lower price elsewhere
- Non-matching RMA details
- Tampered or damaged products
- Product delivered exactly as ordered with no defects

- 35% for most returns
- 50% under these conditions:

- Items found functional after being reported defective
