Pinservex Returns & RMA Policy

At Pinservex, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT hardware and components. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return, replacement, or refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • All original labels, tags, and documentation must be intact.
  • Used, customer-damaged, or tampered products are not eligible.
  • Returns for change of mind or found a lower price elsewhere are not allowed.
  • No RMA will be accepted if the exact same product was delivered as ordered.

How to Initiate a Return / RMA:

  1. Submit a request by completing our RMA form or emailing info@pinservex.com to request an RMA number.
  2. After receiving the RMA number, securely package the item along with proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the item to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must include all original packaging, labels, and components.
  • Products must remain unused and in original condition.

Refund & Exchange Process:

  • Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund or replacement is completed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once a purchase order (PO) or payment has been received.
  • Pinservex reserves the right to cancel orders at its own discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you have not received your refund, check your bank account and transaction history.
  • Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
  • Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

Delivery & Tracking Information:

  • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
  • Tracking numbers will be emailed once available.
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping details or missed deliveries are excluded from standard delivery windows.

Address Errors:

  • If an incorrect shipping address was entered, email us immediately at info@pinservex.com.
  • While we will try to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has been processed or shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for incorrect shipping information.

Invalid Reasons for Returns / RMA Denial:

  • Change of mind
  • Found a lower price elsewhere
  • Non-matching RMA details
  • Tampered or damaged products
  • Product delivered exactly as ordered with no defects

Exceptions & Restocking Fees:
For defective or damaged products:

Restocking Fees (if applicable):

  • 35% for most returns
  • 50% under these conditions:
    • Missing or replaced components
    • Items found functional after being reported defective
    • Post-warranty RMA eligibility
    • Damaged or tampered packaging
